To ease the housing crisis, the B.C. Government’s new housing plan aims to speed up the delivery of new homes and increase much needed middle-income housing supply. Two key strategies to bring more homes to the community are to streamline the permit process for quicker building approvals and to make changes to zoning regulations to allow the building of more multi-unit housing. LIDA Developments is working closely with Colwood to create housing that aligns with community goals.
